This will be the last post in this series on recognizing Adrenal "Fatigue" or HPA Axis Dysregulation. This one will list out some oils you can use topically and some internally.
~Endoflex (topically and internally)
~Magnify Your Purpose (topically and diffuse
~Nutmeg (topically and internally
~German Chamomile (topically and internally)
~Clove (topically and internally)
~EnRGee (topically and diffuse)
To 1/4 tsp of a carrier oil add:
3 drops of Clove
3 drops of Nutmeg
7 drops of Rosemary
Massage in the skin over your adrenals and lower back. Cover with a warm washcloth and then cover that with a dry towel. Relax and let sit for 20 minutes.
You can also put the same oils in a capsule and take 2x a day. I do one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
