Young Living has a blend of Black Spruce, Blue Tansy, Camphor Wood Oil, Frankincense and Geranium that is called Valor. It is a powerful, emotional blend that is intended to balance the body, encourage confidence, courage and self-esteem. It helps the body to self-correct it's balance and alignment. Sounds awesome, right? it is! I use this one often and don't like to be without it. It has a wonderful aroma that is suitable for men or women. I use it in a variety of ways but here are my favorites!
10 Ways to use Valor Essential Oil Blend:
1.) Down the spine. Daily for maintaining balance and alignment but also right before and after a chiropractic adjustment.
2.) On the crown and back of neck, on bottoms of feet. I especially do this when facing large crowds or speaking in front of others. It helps calm my nerves.
3.) Apply to prevent bruising. So soothing and helpful to the body's natural healing processes.
4.) Diffuse to balance emotions during extremely stressful or trying times, during trauma or life's upheavals.
5.) Combined with Peppermint, Copaiba and Lavender for a soothing massage blend, muscle relaxing ointment or for specific areas you might need some extra support.
6.) It makes an amazing aftershave! Smells so good!
7.) Pre & Post work out support!
8.) Apply to my right, big toe right before bed to get a restful night's sleep.
9.) Apply to my jaw and neck to ease tension.
10.) Wear daily for Cologne.. men or women! It is a scent most people like!
