I'm a busy mom. I have a family of eight. I work from home and homeschool three of my six kids. I want healthy meals, but also meals that don't have me in the kitchen for hours! Anyone else??? I am betting that many want to eat healthier but it seems all the quick and easy options are not really good for us, right?
Here is a recipe I think you'll like because not only is it healthy but it's fast! You can use the main ingredients (chicken and veggies) and mix up the spices for a totally different dish! I made this last week and EVERYONE love it! I felt good about feeding it to my family and I was only in the kitchen about 45 minutes! This makes 4 servings, I actually tripled it for my large brood!
